What you'll do

Develop mission-critical Cybersecurity Manager Applications for a rapidly growing product line.
Create Systems Designs including Use Cases, CONOPs, and Requirement Management.
Define Systems Design Specifications in coordination with software development teams.
Develop comprehensive test procedures and execute system testing.
Manage project scope, schedules, and expectations for assigned engineering work.
Provide technical direction and leadership on complex systems engineering projects.
Identify and apply AI opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovation.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology, or Mathematics field.
8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.
Agile experience (preferred).
Experience developing Systems Design including Use Cases, CONOPs, and Requirement Management (preferred).
3-5 years experience working with a SW team to define Systems Design Specifications (preferred).
Working knowledge of systems engineering concepts, principles, and theories (preferred).
