What you'll do

Develop and manage production plans by coordinating with Purchasing to ensure component availability and schedule production.
Provide clear-to-build visibility regarding part shortages to the purchasing and production teams.
Generate accurate forecasts for components required for manufacturing and provide them to the Supply Chain team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize supply allocations for critical materials.
Coordinate with Engineering to track material coverage during component changes.
Manage consumables inventory levels to ensure continuous support for production activities.
Maintain and develop processes within the ERP system and associated master data.

What we're looking for

Must have 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in supply chain or production roles involving complex mechanical or electrical assemblies.
Must possess prior knowledge of NetSuite or a similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
Ability to travel up to 15-20% as required by the role.
Willingness to relocate to Costa Mesa, CA if not already local.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field such as engineering, supply chain, or business with a technical concentration.
Preferred: Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma principles.
Preferred: Demonstrated ability to manage a value chain from start to finish while coordinating across multiple internal and external parties.
