  • Audit supplier Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with contract requirements and flow-down specifications.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy, or a similar technical field.
  • Experience producing castings and mechanical assemblies for maritime, aerospace, or space applications from sand, investment, or die castings.
  • Experience scaling supplier capabilities and quality from prototype stages to high-rate production.
  • Working knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001-based Quality Management System requirements.
  • Experience performing First Article Inspection to AS1012 standards and managing supplier control plans.
  • Proficiency in product development methodologies including FMEA, APQP, PPAP (including MSA), and GD&T.
  • Analytical skills for data mining, metrics generation, and statistical analysis using tools like MatLab, JMP, or MiniTab.
  • Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Master’s degree in a technical field (preferred).
