What you'll do

Manage propulsion engines and mechanical casting commodities from initial production to full scale.
Vet supplier production capabilities, factory layouts, and workforce for inclusion on the Approved Supplier List.
Oversee the implementation of new production tooling and lines at supplier sites to meet performance requirements.
Drive capacity expansion readiness and manage production ramp-ups at supplier locations.
Establish and lead process performance and controls (SPC) reviews with suppliers.
Identify and implement product improvements and factory layout optimizations to reduce costs and supply risks.
Lead root cause task forces to close the loop on corrective and preventative actions at supplier sites.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field.
6+ years of experience in supplier quality and industrialization within a manufacturing environment.
Technical expertise in propulsion engines, mechanical casting manufacturing, energetics, CAD, or GD&T.
Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
Ability to work onsite at Anduril locations including Costa Mesa, CA.
Preferred degree in mechanical or metallurgical/materials engineering.
Experience in defense, aerospace, automotive, or high-tech industries is preferred.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.
