As the Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Electronic Components, you will join a cross-functional team to enable development and production flow for critical supply bases. You will manage electrical commodities including cables, harnesses, capacitors, connectors, chips, and PCB/PCBA assemblies from NPI through full production. Your daily responsibilities involve vetting supplier capabilities, overseeing new tooling and line bring-ups, driving process performance and controls reviews, and optimizing factory layouts to reduce costs and supply risks. You will collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing departments to ensure suppliers meet strict part quality criteria. The role requires expertise in electronics manufacturing, SMT processing, and GD&T. This position addresses the challenge of scaling high-tech production while ensuring reliability for complex electronic components within a high-mix, low-volume environment, ultimately optimizing designs for quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness throughout the entire product lifecycle.
