Candidates must possess an active U.S. Secret or TS clearance and have experience in high-mix, low-volume environments within the defense or aerospace sectors.

What you'll do

Manage electrical commodities including cables, harnesses, capacitors, connectors, PCBs, and chips from NPI through full production.
Vet supplier production capabilities, factory layouts, and workforce qualifications for inclusion in the Approved Supplier List.
Oversee the setup of new production tooling, lines, and processes at supplier sites to meet performance and quality standards.
Manage capacity expansion readiness and oversee production ramp-ups at supplier locations.
Establish and drive process performance and controls (SPC) reviews at supplier facilities.
Drive product improvements and factory layout optimizations to reduce costs, risks, and cycle times.
Lead root cause task forces with suppliers to close the loop on corrective and preventative actions.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field.
6+ years of experience in supplier quality and industrialization within a manufacturing environment.
Technical expertise in electronics manufacturing, SMT processing, and GD&T.
Active U.S. Secret or TS clearance with the ability to maintain it.
Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
Ability to relocate to or work onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.
