What we're looking for

12+ years developing systems and software for large scale business environments.
8+ years designing complex distributed systems, platforms, or business applications.
Hands-on experience integrating AI into production software using commoditized tools and agentic workflows.
Experience modernizing systems toward AI-native patterns and driving architectural decisions across multiple teams (preferred).
Full-stack experience with Python, LLM APIs, vector databases, and modern AI/ML platforms like Vertex AI, SageMaker, or Bedrock.
Depth in at least one front-end framework (React, Angular, SwiftUI, Kotlin) or back-end technology (Java, TypeScript, Spring, Node.js).
Production experience in AWS or GCP.
BS/MS in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
