What we're looking for

12+ years of experience developing systems and software for large-scale business environments.
8+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, platforms, or business applications.
Hands-on experience integrating AI into production software, ideally driving AI projects standalone with commoditized AI tools and agentic workflows.
Full-stack experience with modern AI/ML platforms, LLM APIs, agent orchestration frameworks, vector databases, and Python.
Depth in at least one of: React, Angular, SwiftUI, Kotlin, Java, TypeScript, Spring, or Node.js.
Production experience in AWS or GCP.
BS/MS in Computer Science or related field (advanced degree preferred).
Track record of influencing technical strategy across business units and aligning executives.
