Senior Staff Software Engineer, Frontend (Web Infra)

What you'll do

• Define and lead the web development strategy for all frontend teams across the company.
• Improve monorepo build and deployment systems to ensure high reliability and performance.
• Architect and select core platforms, tools, and technologies to ensure system consistency.
• Develop and implement a company-wide AI strategy using agents to automate complex workflows.
• Design and extend core platform components to enable the development of new products and features.
• Build scalable platform software and systems to accommodate growing user bases and business requirements.
• Mentor senior engineers and provide technical leadership across various product teams.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience architecting, building, and scaling Web Apps for a large user base.
• Deep understanding of web technologies including React, TypeScript, NX, Oxlint, TurboRepo, RSPack, and Vite.
• Proven track record of leading critical projects and implementing technical strategies to improve system reliability and performance.
• Ability to create and drive a complete technical vision and roadmap for platform-level changes.
• Experience in project management or people management including coaching and influencing others.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to share critical decisions with stakeholders.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
