What we're looking for
10+ years of professional software engineering experience as a Senior Staff or Principal Engineer on consumer-facing mobile or web client applications.
Deep mastery of modern web architecture including React, TypeScript, and advanced state management.
Strong architectural command of native mobile paradigms for iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin).
Demonstrated track record of solving hard client-side performance and rendering bottlenecks at scale.
Experience building highly interactive features like zero-latency rich-text editors or asynchronous media processing pipelines.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to influence VP-level technical direction.
Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional engineering initiatives balancing technical excellence with growth targets.
Experience with contribution surfaces, browser engine internals, or building product surfaces on top of LLMs (preferred).
