Senior Staff Software Engineer, Agentic Automation

What you'll do

• Design and implement agentic AI workflows using LLM-based agents, RAG patterns, and orchestration frameworks.
• Build robust integration and automation pipelines across ServiceNow, identity management, monitoring platforms, and enterprise SaaS.
• Develop full-stack tools ranging from backend infrastructure to user-facing web applications and dashboards.
• Triage and resolve complex, multi-system failures by identifying patterns in recurring tickets.
• Create automated self-service solutions and proactive systems to replace reactive support models.
• Manage and troubleshoot large-scale collaboration, productivity, AI, and infrastructure systems.
• Maintain technical runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles to improve team capabilities.
• Mentor team members on troubleshooting methodologies and systems thinking.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in SRE, Enterprise Support, or DevOps.
• Experience with SaaS, hybrid cloud, and AI/ML environments.
• Experience building production-grade agentic workflows, including multi-agent systems and MCP servers.
• Proficiency in at least two backend languages such as Go, Python, or Java for managing complex production systems.
• Full stack engineering experience including React.js for web applications and building backend APIs and data pipelines.
• Expertise in troubleshooting enterprise hybrid stacks including Jira, Microsoft, various OS platforms, and infrastructure systems.
• Strong skills in incident management, root-cause analysis, and blameless postmortems.
