What you'll do

  • Define the multi-year roadmap and product vision for workforce planning data, analytics, and technology systems.
  • Translate requirements from HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition into functional specifications and technical delivery plans.
  • Consolidate fragmented workstreams into a single ecosystem with shared data standards and common definitions.
  • Manage the product backlog and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality end-to-end experiences in an agile environment.
  • Scope and prioritize AI-enabled capabilities, including conversational access to workforce data and agentic workflows.
  • Establish and maintain data governance frameworks and security models for sensitive workforce information.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends that inform product decisions and strategic roadmap adjustments.
  • Drive change management and stakeholder alignment to ensure high adoption of new tools and capabilities.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in People Analytics and/or Workforce Planning with ownership of data, models, and technology.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager owning roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery for data, analytics, or planning products.
  • Direct experience with workforce planning models, including headcount, attrition, hiring models, and scenario modeling.
  • Experience implementing workforce planning or HR technology end-to-end, including knowledge of Workday or Avature.
  • Track record of consolidating fragmented reports and tools into a governed ecosystem with shared data standards.
  • Experience scoping AI-native or agentic experiences with a focus on governance, evaluation, and measurement.
  • Demonstrated ownership of data governance frameworks and access models for sensitive workforce data.
  • Technical proficiency in SQL and the ability to reason about data models and pipelines during architecture discussions.
