Senior Staff ML Engineer

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of high-performance AI solutions using agentic workflows.
• Build and integrate conversational AI, knowledge assistants, and process automation tools into the corporate AI platform.
• Establish technical visions and roadmaps that balance business outcomes with engineering excellence and release timelines.
• Drive the selection and implementation of software technologies, frameworks, and tools for production AI systems.
• Partner with platform teams to communicate requirements and contribute to the development of internal AI infrastructure.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and the enforcement of technical best practices.
• Manage project planning and stakeholder alignment to ensure timely delivery of scalable, production-grade AI applications.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience designing and building scalable production AI/ML applications and systems in cloud environments.
• 5+ years of experience owning end-to-end development, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement of scalable, robust AI/ML applications.
• 5+ years of experience with training, finetuning, real-time/batch inferencing, and evaluation systems for AI/ML models and LLMs in production.
• 5+ years of experience managing the end-to-end software development life cycle for Generative AI applications, backend systems, and APIs.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar general-purpose programming languages.
• Experience using frameworks to build LLM-based agentic workflows such as LangSmith/LangGraph or similar.
• Experience using agentic communication standards such as A2A and MCP to build multi-agent applications.
