You must have experience designing and shipping foundational infrastructure, such as frameworks, libraries, or platform services.
You must possess strong architectural judgment to balance abstraction with simplicity for a maturing product suite.
You must be an effective communicator capable of mentoring engineers and translating technical debt into business risk.
You must have a track record of identifying high-leverage work and driving projects through ambiguity.
