Must have experience designing and shipping foundational infrastructure like frameworks, libraries, or platform services.
Must possess strong architectural judgment to balance abstraction with simplicity for maturing products.
Must be an effective communicator capable of mentoring engineers and translating technical debt into business risk.
Must have a track record of identifying high-leverage work and driving projects through ambiguity.
Experience with shared component libraries, real-time systems, or developer experience tooling (preferred).
