What you'll do

Lead complex initiatives in Generative AI to drive automation and operational efficiency.

Conduct research and resolve problems related to processes, recommending solutions and improvements.
Create test data and conduct unit tests to ensure the reliability of supported applications.

What we're looking for

4+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience or equivalent.
Extensive DevSecOps experience with a focus on security and compliance.
At least 1 year of hands-on GenAI development experience.
Proficiency in Python, Java, and relevant AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex.
Experience deploying applications on AWS/Azure and containerized environments.
Strong background in backend or full-stack engineering with distributed systems.
