What you'll do

Design and implement software for satellite ground systems including command, control, and telemetry processing.
Deploy and sustain secure, scalable software services in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environments.
Use AI-assisted engineering tools to improve coding, testing, debugging, and documentation productivity.
Validate all AI-generated output for correctness, security, and mission suitability before integration.
Develop secure software using modern engineering practices and DevSecOps methodologies.
Integrate software with simulators, hardware interfaces, external services, and databases.
Write automated unit, integration, and system tests covering negative and failure-mode scenarios.
Analyze and decompose requirements for Preliminary and Critical Design Reviews.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, a Graduate Degree and 4 years of experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree.
Secret security clearance.
Space to Ground experience in Mission Planning and Scheduling, Tracking, Telemetry and Commanding, Flight Dynamics/Spacecraft Navigation, or Mission Data Processing.
Experience developing in Python.
Experience working across requirements, implementation, integration, verification, and sustainment.
Experience building or sustaining software in Linux and containerized development environments.
Experience with APIs, distributed systems, messaging, data flows, simulator or hardware integration, and automated test.
U.S. citizens.
