What you'll do

  • Design system and subsystem cable architecture for large system programs.
  • Create and maintain interconnect diagrams, drawings, and specifications.
  • Evaluate and analyze EMI, Signal Integrity, and IR drop impacts on cable signals.
  • Select key materials and components for the design environment.
  • Direct and guide cable design teams through the development process.
  • Perform worst-case analysis on power and analog circuits.
  • Provide Signal Integrity insight and guidance to the broader design team.
  • Participate in and contribute to technical reviews.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Graduate Degree in Engineering with at least 8 years of related experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with schematics.
  • Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
  • Experience with schematic entry, simulation, and analysis of power, analog, and digital circuits (preferred).
  • U.S. citizens.
