What you'll do

  • Design custom circuit cards using FPGAs, embedded processors, and networking components.
  • Perform schematic capture, simulations, PCB analysis, and layout for board-level integration.
  • Document designs including requirements, testing procedures, and bills of materials.
  • Perform detailed hardware-level functional measurements and debugging.
  • Characterize hardware performance across a wide variety of environmental conditions.
  • Implement industry-standard interfaces such as PCIe, DDR4, and 100GE.
  • Support test engineering during the transition of hardware to manufacturing testing.
  • Contribute to design reviews and system integration processes.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Master’s Degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with CCA and Hardware Design experience (preferred).
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience with hardware verification, schematic capture, and PCB Layout (preferred).
  • Experience in laboratory debug techniques using digital scopes, logic analyzers, BERTS, and other complex measurement devices (preferred).
  • Security clearance.
