What you'll do

Maintain Assessment & Authorization (A&A) documentation for assigned systems.
Perform security control assessments and execute Continuous Monitoring Plans.
Develop device and system hardening guides following DISA and NIST guidelines.
Track and resolve Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
Manage the incident response process for designated areas of responsibility.
Lead inventory and asset management discovery and tracking activities.
Create new concepts, standards, and training materials to improve security processes.
Mentor junior ISSOs in the execution of their daily tasks.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience, a graduate degree and 4 years of experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree.
Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph.
DoD 8140.03 certification (preferred).
Minimum 8 years of experience including networking equipment, vulnerability scanning, log review, and SIEM tools (preferred).
Experience as an ISSO managing cybersecurity on classified systems under JSIG, NISPOM Ch8, ICD 503, and/or NIST 800-53 (preferred).
Experience developing, managing, and providing evidence to close POA&Ms (preferred).
Experience with Microsoft and Linux workstation and server operating systems (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
