Senior Specialist, Application Developer

What you'll do

• Design and develop custom integration solutions for PLM systems using APIs, middleware, and scripting.
• Implement workflows, data transformations, and connectors to enable digital thread capabilities.
• Build and maintain integrations between PLM and ERP, MES, CAD, and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure data consistency, security, and compliance across all integrated platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure minimal system downtime.
• Optimize the performance and scalability of existing integration solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in coordination with architects and engineering teams.
• Recommend improvements to enhance automation and efficiency within digital manufacturing processes.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, a Graduate Degree and 4 years of experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree.
• Must have at least 6 years of experience in application development and system integration.
• Proven track record with major PLM platforms like Siemens Teamcenter or PTC Windchill (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ESB, and microservices (preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital thread and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) concepts (preferred).
• Proficiency in data modeling, configuration management, and PLM workflows (preferred).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, and Linux operating systems (preferred).
• Security clearance.
