Senior Software Technical Program Driver, OEM and NCP Escalations

What you'll do

• Establish and implement streamlined processes for developing advanced compute software solutions for cloud providers and automotive customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for building and upholding release schedules and prioritized release plans.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable tasks while keeping customers informed on issue statuses.
• Manage and resolve technical issues and escalations from OEMs, CSPs, and other partners.
• Develop and maintain project schedules while proactively identifying risks and formulating mitigation strategies.
• Drive planning and scheduling for all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Optimize development workflows to improve engineering efficiency across multi-functional teams.
• Lead status meetings to address technical challenges and resolve customer concerns.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of proven experience in a similar or related role.
• 5+ years of experience driving down software and hardware customer escalations.
• Hands-on experience with software development for hardware platforms.
• Proficiency in Agile software development methodologies and associated tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of software engineering principles, configuration management tools, and automation processes.
• Strong communication and technical presentation skills to build consensus and resolve issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple parallel work streams in a dynamic environment.
