NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Software Program Manager – CSP Engagements to join the CSP Engagements team. This role serves as the primary technical engagement leader between NVIDIA’s system software organizations and hyperscale cloud service provider platform, system software, and AI teams. You will lead deep technical engagements regarding system software, firmware, and platform readiness for next-generation datacenter systems like Vera Rubin NVL72. Responsibilities include aligning on software architecture, bring-up plans, and production requirements while managing cross-company technical risks like OS enablement and hardware/software integration. The role requires expertise in systems or embedded software, specifically Linux kernel/drivers, BMC/BIOS/UEFI firmware, and datacenter platform bring-up. Candidates must demonstrate leadership in delivering datacenter server software or rack-scale systems to solve complex hyperscale deployment and reliability challenges.
Lead deep technical engagements with hyperscale CSPs regarding system software, firmware, and platform readiness.
Partner with CSP engineering leaders to align on software architecture, bring-up plans, and production requirements.
Advocate for customer technical priorities and tradeoffs across NVIDIA’s hardware, silicon, and software teams.
Own the end-to-end CSP engagement lifecycle from pre-production readiness through large-scale deployment and production support.
Translate CSP system-level requirements into actionable focus areas for internal NVIDIA engineering teams.
Identify and manage cross-company technical risks including OS enablement, firmware maturity, and hardware/software integration.
Support rack-scale and multi-rack datacenter deployments to ensure system software readiness and operational success.
What we're looking for
BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in systems software, embedded software, or datacenter server development, including leadership responsibility.
Strong background in systems or embedded software, including Linux kernel/drivers, server firmware (BMC/BIOS/UEFI), or datacenter platform bring-up.
Demonstrated technical leadership as a software engineering manager, technical lead/architect, or senior systems/platform engineer leading large cross-functional efforts.
Demonstrated experience delivering datacenter server software or rack scale systems, excluding application-only or SaaS-only software.
Experience working directly with hyperscale CSP engineering teams on bring-up, performance, reliability, observability, and deployment readiness.
Direct experience with NVIDIA GB200 and/or GB300 platforms, including hands-on or leadership involvement in system software, firmware, or platform enablement (preferred).
Experience driving or supporting CSP-facing engagements specifically for NVIDIA datacenter platforms, translating software and firmware capabilities into production-ready solutions (preferred).
