Senior Software Program Manager, CSP Engagements

What you'll do

• Lead technical engagements with hyperscale CSPs as the primary point of contact for system software and firmware readiness.
• Partner with CSP engineering leaders to align on software architecture, bring-up plans, and production requirements for datacenter platforms.
• Advocate for customer requirements and trade-offs across internal hardware, silicon, and software teams.
• Manage the end-to-end engagement lifecycle from pre-production readiness through large-scale deployment and escalation management.
• Translate complex CSP system-level requirements into actionable technical tasks for NVIDIA engineering teams.
• Identify and mitigate cross-company risks regarding OS enablement, firmware maturity, observability, and hardware/software integration.
• Ensure the operational success of rack-scale and multi-rack datacenter deployments through close coordination with infrastructure teams.

What we're looking for

• BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in systems software, embedded software, or datacenter server development.
• Experience leading large cross-functional efforts as a software engineering manager, technical lead, or senior architect.
• Expertise in Linux kernel/drivers, server firmware (BMC/BIOS/UEFI), or datacenter platform bring-up and hardware/software interfaces.
• Proven experience delivering datacenter server software or rack scale systems rather than application or SaaS only software.
• Experience working directly with hyperscale CSP engineering teams on technical topics like performance, reliability, and deployment readiness.
• Ability to act as a technical leader and influencer across organizational boundaries to align engineers, architects, and executives.
