What we're looking for

  • Strong background in systems or embedded software with experience in Linux kernel/drivers, server firmware (BMC/BIOS/UEFI), and datacenter platform bring-up.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership as a manager, lead/architect, or senior engineer leading large cross-functional efforts in datacenter server software or rack-scale systems.
  • Extensive experience working directly with hyperscale CSP engineering teams on deep technical topics like bring up, performance, reliability, observability, and deployment readiness.
  • Proven ability to operate as a technical leader and influencer, aligning senior engineers, architects, and executives across organizational boundaries.
  • BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience with 10+ years of hands-on experience in systems software, embedded software, or datacenter server development.
  • Direct involvement with NVIDIA GB200 and/or GB300 platforms in system software, firmware, or platform enablement efforts.
