What you'll do

Act as the primary technical contact for Cloud Service Provider and Hyperscaler customers during NPI projects.
Drive system software architecture alignment and conduct technical deep dives for next-generation Data Center products.
Align customer roadmaps, use cases, and requirements with NVIDIA’s internal product roadmap.
Lead cross-functional efforts to resolve complex, high-profile customer issues during the new product introduction phase.
Make critical technical decisions under ambiguity while mitigating execution risks through a left shift strategy.
Define system software architecture for complex server platforms in coordination with cross-functional architects.
Build and maintain customer trust by identifying and addressing specific client needs.

What we're looking for

BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Over 15 years of experience in system software architecture and development if a degree is not held.
Extensive experience designing scalable, high-performance server systems at the SW/HW interface.
Expertise in server system architecture and its impact on application performance.
Expert knowledge of ARM (aarch64) and x86 architectures and microprocessor concepts.
Proficiency in system software design, OS fundamentals, Linux kernel device drivers, and low-level hardware/software interfaces.
Skilled in complex system-level debugging, performance analysis, and test design.
Proven leadership skills with strong project ownership in complex software and hardware environments.
