What you'll do

Design and develop firmware solutions for the manageability and observability of data center servers.
Participate in hardware bring-up activities and out-of-band (OOB) firmware development.
Implement protocol stacks including Redfish, PLDM, MCTP, and NSM for cloud service provider deployments.
Debug and troubleshoot GPU firmware issues related to power management, performance, and thermal control.
Partner directly with customers to co-develop features, optimizations, and technical solutions during new product introductions.
Perform advanced system debugging and root cause analysis for large-scale data center environments.
Develop technical documentation and integrated customer solutions in collaboration with internal engineering teams.

What we're looking for

BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
8 to 12 years of system software development experience.
Deep expertise in data center server architectures, HPC systems, and hardware-software co-design.
Proven track record of shipping production BMC solutions and experience with hardware bring-up.
Expert-level skills in C/C++ for resource-constrained embedded environments, RTOS, device drivers, and low-level protocols.
Strong knowledge of DMTF protocols including Redfish, IPMI, PLDM, MCTP, and SPDM.
Experience with RAS features such as error handling, error injection, fault isolation, and system health monitoring.
Knowledge of memory fabric, CXL architectures, and GPU computing (CUDA).
