What you'll do

Develop and improve novel ML systems to enhance product, business, and operational use cases.
Identify opportunities for business impact by working with cross-functional teams on AI/ML models.
Lead the productionization and operation of AI/ML solutions at scale, including real-time use cases.
Mentor team members and foster an enthusiastic, collaborative culture focused on AI/ML.
Build observability for AI systems, implementing metrics, logging, traces, alerts, and dashboards.

What we're looking for

7+ years of industry experience in backend/platform engineering with a BE/B.Tech degree.
Strong programming skills in Python or Java and solid data engineering foundations.
Understanding of ML best practices, algorithms, and domains like NLP and anomaly detection.
Experience with technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, Spark, Airflow/Kubeflow.
Ability to build observability for AI systems including metrics, logging, traces, and SLO management.
Industry experience in building end-to-end ML infrastructure and productionizing models.
