What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of experience in backend & platform engineering for mission-critical distributed systems.
  • Proven ability to guide multi-year technical roadmaps and align long-term vision with day-to-day execution.
  • Deep expertise in building observability, SLOs, incident response, and resilience patterns for high-reliability systems.
  • Strong hands-on skills with modern programming languages like Kotlin/Java/Scala and evaluating new technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across technical and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the Trust and Risk domain is preferred but not required.
  • Leadership experience in mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar within the organization.
