What you'll do

  • Implement evaluation pipelines to measure model performance and ensure responsible AI practices.
  • Own production AI systems end-to-end, managing deployment strategies, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
  • Mentor engineers through design reviews, architecture discussions, and pair programming sessions.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience in production AI/ML systems
  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) including fine-tuning and prompt engineering
  • Strong backend expertise in TypeScript, Go, or Java and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Track record of shipping AI-powered products from prototype to production
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
