What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
Build and maintain enterprise Java applications, including microservices, APIs, and batch processes.
Design and implement secure integrations using REST, SOAP, and event-driven patterns.
Deploy, configure, and monitor Java applications running within the AWS ecosystem.
Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for both Salesforce and Java/AWS applications.
Monitor application health, performance, and security while troubleshooting production issues.
Conduct code reviews and establish standards for testing, documentation, and source control.
Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in professional software development, including a senior engineering role.
Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Aura, LWC, SOQL, and platform security.
Strong Java development skills, including experience with frameworks such as Spring or Spring Boot.
Experience deploying and operating Java applications in AWS production environments using services like EC2, Lambda, and RDS.
Experience with RESTful APIs, distributed systems, relational databases, and asynchronous messaging.
Experience with Git, automated testing, code review, and CI/CD practices.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, II, or Application Architect (preferred).
AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Developer, Solutions Architect, or DevOps Engineer (preferred).
Experience working in Agile product development environments (preferred).
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation, or other infrastructure-as-code technologies (preferred).
Experience with event-driven architecture, Salesforce Platform Events, AWS EventBridge, SQS, SNS, or Kafka (preferred).
