Senior Software Engineer, Tools, Intelligent Automation & Developer Platforms

What you'll do

• Build and maintain scalable internal developer tools, engineering platforms, and automation systems.
• Develop AI and LLM-enabled tools and agent-based workflows to accelerate debugging and validation.
• Create reusable integrations and self-service capabilities across backend services, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Own the technical architecture and implementation of systems while balancing scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Identify automation opportunities within engineering teams to improve software quality and efficiency.
• Implement AI-enabled software solutions to automate complex engineering processes and reduce manual effort.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building production systems, developer tools, or engineering platforms.
• Strong computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, software design, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Python or Java to write clean, maintainable, and extensible code.
• Solid understanding of backend services, APIs, distributed systems, and scalable software architecture.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience designing and implementing AI/LLM-enabled software solutions.
• Proven ability to independently own complex technical projects and articulate architectural tradeoffs.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across engineering teams.
• Familiarity with agent-based architectures, Model Context Protocol, or CI/CD infrastructure (preferred).
