Familiarity with Linux development toolchains, performance optimization, and clear technical communication is essential. Preferred qualifications include military simulation experience, Entity-Component-System architecture knowledge, gRPC and DIS protocol expertise, Python/C++ interoperability, behavior trees, Nix for reproducible builds, numerical simulation, and physics modeling.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

3+ years of professional experience with C++20, including templates and smart pointers.
Experience designing internal APIs and frameworks for backwards-compatibility and ergonomics.
Solid understanding of systems programming fundamentals like memory management and ABI stability.
Comfort with linear algebra, applied math, and performance-sensitive code optimization.
Familiarity with Linux-based C++ development toolchains and gRPC services.
