Senior Software Engineer, Regulatory AI & Connected Data

What you'll do

• Design and ship AI-powered software systems that improve team efficiency through iterative development.
• Integrate large language models into production systems with appropriate evaluation, guardrails, and monitoring.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines to connect corporate sources while ensuring data quality and lineage.
• Implement secure engineering practices including secrets management, access control, and audit logging for sensitive data.
• Establish continuous delivery pipelines and optimize for DORA metrics like deployment frequency and lead time.
• Build comprehensive observability into systems using instrumentation, structured logging, alerting, and dashboards.
• Ensure an audit trail exists for traceability of all AI and LLM-based decisions.
• Develop agentic harnesses to build software through the development of skills, agents, and MCPs.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience building and shipping production software systems.
• Proven track record of delivering AI-powered systems at scale, including model integration, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one other high-level programming language.
• Experience building data pipelines and managing connected data across multiple sources.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and container technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Demonstrated ability to build observability into production systems using metrics, tracing, logging, and alerting.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical audiences.
