What you'll do

Build and implement robust automated systems for software development, verification, and deployment.
Develop and maintain the reference environment for verifying Lattice workflows before release.
Build and maintain comprehensive test environments, including hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) systems.
Implement software interfaces and features to facilitate end-to-end testing across complex systems.
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines to establish baselines and prevent regressions.
Implement AI-enabled automation to identify and fix issues early in the development cycle.
Drive features from ambiguous problem statements to landed, green-in-CI code across multiple teams.
Run design reviews and mentor junior engineers on the software platform team.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience building automated verification suites at scale.
Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and system development.
Hands-on experience automating Hardware-in-The-Loop (HITL) and Software-in-The-Loop (SITL) engineering in production release processes.
Expertise in developing automated regression, unit, and integration testing.
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, SRE principles, and automated testing frameworks.
Professional experience with containerization workflows and Terraform.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical industry experience (preferred).
Familiarity with cloud platforms, NixOS, and experience in regulated industries (preferred).
