What you'll do

Build and implement robust automated systems for software development, verification, and deployment.
Own the reference environment used to verify Lattice workflows prior to release.
Develop and maintain full-stack test environments, including hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) systems.
Design software interfaces and features to facilitate end-to-end testing across complex systems.
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and enforce reliability engineering best practices.
Implement AI-enabled automation to identify and fix issues early in the development cycle.
Architect the Integrated Continuous Release (ICR) pipeline and contract-verification models.

What we're looking for

15+ years of proven experience building automated verification suites at scale.
Proficient in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline development, SRE principles, and automated testing frameworks.
Deep experience with Frontend and Backend services and architectures at scale.
Hands-on experience automating Hardware-in-The-Loop (HITL) and Software-in-The-Loop (SITL) engineering in production release processes.
Expertise in developing automated regression testing, unit testing, and integration testing.
Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and system development.
Professional experience with containerization workflows and Terraform.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical industry experience (preferred).
