What you'll do

  • Own and grow the backend service powering the marketplace and plugin ecosystem.

  • Optimize database and caching strategies to ensure high availability and scalability.
  • Develop and harden CLI tools used by thousands of internal engineers.
  • Design trust models and sandboxing for AI agent extensions.
  • Manage the integration of new models across various serving harnesses.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of industry experience as a Software Engineer working on deploying large-scale systems.
  • Strong understanding of data centric systems, distributed systems, reliability, and cloud services.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and coding large scale systems.
  • Proven experience with applied machine learning, data engineering, or similar.
  • Bachelor in Computer Science or related experience.
  • Experience with developer tools or developer productivity systems (preferred).
  • Experience with open source or inner source (preferred).
  • MS in Computer Science or related experience (preferred).
