Senior Software Engineer, Model & Partnerships Management

What you'll do

• Design and build the integration layer for model providers and partner services.
• Build API clients, routing, and fallback logic for the platform.
• Maintain model-independent architecture through clean abstractions.
• Own systems that evaluate model quality, latency, cost, and reliability.
• Lead the engineering effort to onboard new models and partners.
• Build instrumentation and dashboards to monitor model behavior in production.
• Harden integrations against outages, latency spikes, and rate limits.
• Lead build-vs-buy and integration decisions for engineering leadership.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience designing and building complex backend or platform systems from design through production.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Strong hands-on skills in Python, Go, or Java.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted development.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, or AI/ML systems.
• Experience integrating third-party or cloud services and designing for failure.
• History as a technical role model who mentors and influences hiring.
