Senior Software Engineer, Mobile QA

What you'll do

• Design and implement automated regression test suites for native iOS and Android builds.
• Integrate test infrastructure into the AI code generation cycle to catch defects at commit time.
• Partner with mobile engineers to close coverage gaps and eliminate flaky tests.
• Architect the QA strategy for the greenfield rollout of the retail mobile app.
• Establish quality dashboards and SLOs to monitor app stability, performance, and startup times.
• Develop automated testing solutions to replace manual steps that slow down development workflows.
• Perform code reviews and establish test standards to ensure high-quality native releases.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on mobile test automation.
• Hands-on experience with XCTest, Espresso, or equivalent native testing frameworks for iOS and Android.
• Proven track record building automated regression infrastructure integrated into CI/CD pipelines like Buildkite or CircleCI.
• Proficiency in Swift and Kotlin to read, debug, and write test code against native mobile codebases.
• Ability to architect robust technical solutions through trade-off analysis.
• Experience using generative AI responsibly to deliver business-ready outputs and improve workflow efficiency.
