Senior Software Engineer, Machine Learning

What you'll do

• Research and evaluate machine learning models for speech recognition, natural language processing, and procedural content generation.
• Tailor model functionality and inference frameworks to meet specific game requirements and integration needs.
• Optimize C++ runtime inference systems to meet target platform constraints and performance KPIs.
• Develop and productize machine learning applications into live game features.
• Identify and prototype new ML application opportunities by monitoring industry trends and consulting with external vendors.
• Promote machine learning best practices through presentations and interactive demonstrations for the team.

What we're looking for

• BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong computer programming fundamentals with proficiency in C++ and Python.
• Experience optimizing Machine Learning inference systems across memory, compute, and latency constraints.
• Proven record of building, deploying, and maintaining productized Machine Learning applications.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience optimizing ML models for memory and compute constrained real-time environments.
• Experience with real-time rendering engines and IHV GPU/NPU specific parallel computing platforms.
