What you'll do

Develop and maintain full-stack features across frontend applications, backend services, and cloud-connected workflows.
Integrate, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models including LLMs, vision models, and audio models into production software.
Fine-tune pre-trained models for specific use cases while defining relevant datasets, benchmarks, and quality metrics.
Design and implement agentic AI workflows involving task decomposition, reasoning loops, and multi-agent orchestration.
Build retrieval-augmented (RAG) workflows that combine LLMs with tool usage and enterprise data sources.
Optimize machine learning models for deployment on both cloud platforms and edge/on-device systems.
Establish guardrails, evaluation harnesses, and observability metrics for agentic systems to ensure reliability and performance.
Develop automated tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, including build processes and release management.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
4-8 years of full-stack software development experience across frontend, backend, and application-level development.
Hands-on experience building, fine-tuning, or deploying machine learning models in production systems.
Experience developing modern frontend applications using technologies such as Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Backend development experience with one or more languages including C++, Rust, Python, C#, Node.js, or Go.
Proficiency in machine learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX Runtime, or Hugging Face Transformers for inference and evaluation.
Experience integrating AI services, LLMs, vision models, and speech models into production software with a focus on RAG and agentic workflows.
Experience deploying models in cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and edge environments using NPU/GPU acceleration (preferred).
