What you'll do

Deliver on quarterly goals by leading engineers through ambiguity to solve complex technical problems.
Define long-term technical strategy and architectural decisions for mobile, web, and backend systems.
Manage team operations including monitoring, triage rotations, playbooks, and on-call support.
Establish and improve code review standards and design practices across the engineering organization.
Mentor engineers by providing consistent feedback, guidance, and leadership by example.
Develop high-quality features using React Native, Swift, Kotlin, Python, and cloud infrastructure.
Implement experimentation, feature flagging, and analytics instrumentation to ensure safe product rollouts.
Proactively identify and resolve issues related to project processes, technology, or business goals.

What we're looking for

You must have at least 4 years of experience as a software engineer.
You must hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field or possess equivalent practical experience.
You must be proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript.
You must have experience leading significant mobile initiatives using React Native or native technologies.
You must be able to work across React Native and native boundaries, including Swift and Kotlin.
You must have experience shipping web applications using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.
You must be able to design and launch backend systems at scale using Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
You must possess strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with a global engineering team.
