What you'll do

Architect and lead the design of resilient, high-scale full stack and microservices platforms.
Own the end-to-end frontend architecture for web and mobile products using React and React Native.
Develop high-performance back-end microservices and optimize high-throughput GraphQL APIs.
Set technical direction and establish engineering standards for the software development lifecycle.
Mentor engineers and lead cross-team initiatives to improve organizational design and operational practices.
Resolve technical risks and clarify requirements by partnering with product and business stakeholders.
Perform rigorous code reviews and establish comprehensive testing strategies to ensure software quality.

What we're looking for

Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, with 5+ years building and shipping production software.
Deep expertise in modern web frontend architecture with TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and React.
Experience in mobile development with React Native and a willingness to learn native Swift or Kotlin.
Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility.
Proven track record of frontend performance optimization and hands-on experience with testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library.
Working knowledge of backend services in Java and Spring Boot to build and extend APIs.
Experience consuming and integrating APIs, specifically GraphQL.
Proven technical leadership skills including mentoring engineers and setting technical direction.
