What you'll do

Design and build complex agentic systems using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
Develop backend services for ML workloads including data ingestion, model evaluation, and production inference.
Manage cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes and Terraform to support AI workloads and deployments.
Build scalable infrastructure for ELT pipelines and data warehousing in collaboration with the data team.
Create observability tools, monitoring dashboards, and telemetry for machine learning systems.
Translate business requirements from stakeholders into technical solutions and architectural patterns.
Establish engineering best practices through code reviews, design reviews, and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in backend technologies and AI/ML systems.
Proven experience building complex agentic systems using LLMs.
Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in backend API service development.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Proficiency in database technologies, CI/CD solutions, and developing ELT pipelines.
Experience with a cloud data warehouse; Snowflake is preferred.
Familiarity with ML frameworks like PyTorch, Hugging Face, or LangChain (preferred); proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (preferred).
