What you'll do

Define sprint scope by working directly with business stakeholders.
Develop architecture and detailed designs for innovative enterprise software applications.
Implement and maintain highly available, mission-critical enterprise platforms.
Build scalable, distributed backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
Architect microservice-based systems with clear service boundaries and API contracts.
Manage data modeling and schema design for relational and NoSQL databases.
Deploy applications to containerized or cloud-native environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Build innovative solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience designing and developing scalable, distributed backend systems.
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs, multi-threading, and data caching like Redis.
Experience architecting microservice-based systems with clear service boundaries and API contracts.
Ability to translate business and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design.
Frontend experience with React, TypeScript, and modern CSS; familiarity with component-driven design systems.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, relational/NoSQL databases, and containerized or cloud-native environments.
Experience building solutions using GenAI.
BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent (preferred).
