What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience developing, operating, and optimizing services in third-party and private cloud environments.
Ability to analyze, architect, and drive complex technical solutions across multiple technologies and application stack layers.
Experience analyzing and tuning applications for performance, efficiency, and cost optimization.
Proficiency with Java including a deep understanding of JVM and optimization techniques.
Experience with monitoring tools, metrics collection, dashboard creation, and log analytics.
Strong communication skills to engage and lead interactions with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go for automation and API integration.
