What you'll do

Design, develop, and deliver product features while adhering to coding standards and project timelines.
Implement and enforce software development techniques to ensure performance, security, and maintainability.
Write clean, testable, and secure code to maintain high standards of technical excellence.
Mentor and coach junior team members to guide them toward effective technical solutions.
Identify system bottlenecks and gaps to advocate for and implement necessary technical changes.
Perform critical maintenance, deployment, and release support activities, including occasional off-hours support.
Architect and scale complex distributed systems and high-performance cloud-based backend services.

What we're looking for

BS in Computer Science plus 5 years of experience, or MS in Computer Science plus 3 years of experience in software development.
3+ years of hands-on experience building Web Applications, SaaS products, and RESTful APIs.
Proficiency in general purpose programming languages including C#, Java, Python, .NET, or .NET Core.
Solid computer science foundation in data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and software architecture of complex systems.
Advanced knowledge of SQL, including stored procedures, data models, and transactional flows.
Experience in service-oriented architecture and building distributed systems.
Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JavaScript Frameworks) is a plus (preferred).
Experience with public cloud architectures, container management, or messaging platforms is a plus (preferred).
