What you'll do

Act as a technical specialist for BlueField DPU and ConnectX product lines.
Architect, design, and develop scalable, high-performance hardware-accelerated software solutions.
Lead deep technical engagements with hyperscalers including coding, bring-up, and performance tuning.
Translate customer requirements into product features, reference architectures, and engineering guidelines.
Drive improvements in performance, reliability, and debuggability across customer stacks.
Convert technical findings into actionable items for firmware, software, and product roadmaps.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related science degree.
8+ years of relevant industry experience including technical leadership across complex systems.
Deep knowledge of networking protocols and distributed systems, including RoCE/InfiniBand and L1–L4 fundamentals.
Proficiency in C/C++ with expertise in debugging firmware, drivers, OS, and applications.
Experience in high-performance networking and system-level debugging such as packet drops, retransmissions, and congestion management.
Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to engineers, product managers, and customer collaborators.
Prior experience in customer-facing technical leadership at hyperscalers or CSPs.
Hands-on expertise with RDMA verbs, DPDK, DOCA, NCCL, CUDA-aware networking, and performance tuning at scale.
