What you'll do

Spearhead the end-to-end development and implementation of features for NVLink datacenter fabric.
Own the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure high-quality delivery of firmware and network OS programs.
Define technical direction, break down requirements, and set quality standards for NVLink features.
Translate customer issues into concrete product solutions by collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.
Implement application flows that support the core cloud service provider (CSP) customer base.
Establish guidelines for evaluation, observability, and continuous improvement of networking infrastructure.
Advocate for AI adoption across software development, testing, and the entire development lifecycle.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Over 12 years of direct software development experience for complex, customer-facing systems or platforms.
Proven track record as a technical lead, engineering manager, or architect for networking and datacenter infrastructure features.
Strong networking acumen with experience developing or leading firmware and/or OS development for network infrastructure.
Strong hands-on development experience in embedded C/C++ and Python.
Excellent communication skills to influence technical direction across multiple teams as an individual contributor.
Experience developing embedded systems, RTOS, and SDK workflows for networking infrastructure.
Demonstrated history of mentoring senior engineers and improving engineering standards for code quality and reliability.
