Senior Software Development Tech Lead, NVLink FW and NVOS

What you'll do

• Spearhead end-to-end development and implementation of features for the NVLink datacenter fabric.
• Own the full software development life cycle (SDLC) to ensure high-quality software deliveries.
• Define technical direction and break down requirements for NVLink features from idea to production.
• Translate customer issues into concrete product solutions by collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Implement application flows that build on the networking fabric to support core CSP customers.
• Establish guidelines for evaluation, observability, and continuous improvement of networking infrastructure.
• Perform hands-on software development using embedded C/C++ and Python.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, EE, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Over 12+ years of direct software development experience for complex, customer-facing systems or platforms.
• Proven track record as a technical lead, engineering manager, or architect for networking and datacenter infrastructure.
• Strong networking acumen with experience developing or leading firmware and/or OS development for network infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on development experience in embedded C/C++ and Python.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence technical direction across teams as an individual contributor.
• Experience developing embedded, RTOS, and SDK workflows for networking infrastructure (preferred).
• Demonstrated history of mentoring senior engineers and elevating engineering standards (preferred).
