What you'll do

Profile, benchmark, and debug large-scale AI workloads on AMD GPU platforms.
Support compiler-driven optimizations and code generation using LLVM and MLIR-based technologies.
Improve performance analysis, testing, benchmarking, and automation infrastructure.
Enable and optimize new GPU hardware capabilities through software innovation.
Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, debugging, and optimization workflows.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
Experience in GPU programming, performance analysis, and systems software development.
Ability to develop and optimize GPU kernels for AI and compute workloads.
Ability to profile, benchmark, and debug large-scale AI workloads on AMD GPU platforms.
Strong C/C++ development skills (preferred).
Experience with HIP, CUDA, OpenCL, or other GPU programming models (preferred).
Strong understanding of GPU architecture, parallel programming, memory hierarchy, and synchronization (preferred).
Experience with LLVM, MLIR, compiler optimization, or code generation techniques (preferred).
