Senior Software Developer, AI Platform Engineering

What you'll do

• Design and implement backend services and APIs for Oracle Health product teams.
• Deliver features end-to-end from requirements clarification and technical design to deployment and support.
• Participate in code and design reviews to uphold engineering best practices like CI/CD and observability.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues while participating in on-call and incident response.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational playbooks.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate prototyping, testing, refactoring, and documentation.
• Follow enterprise security and privacy requirements when utilizing AI tooling and workflows.

What we're looking for

• U.S. citizenship is required due to security clearance requirements.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
• BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in one or more languages including Java, C#, Go, or Python.
• Experience building REST and/or gRPC services.
• Working knowledge of data stores (RDBMS and/or NoSQL) and distributed systems fundamentals.
• Experience with source control, code review, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts (preferred).
• Exposure to user provisioning services and lifecycle management (preferred).
• Familiarity with SSO patterns such as OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, and SCIM (preferred).
• Cloud experience including cloud-native development and operations (preferred).
