What you'll do

Design and implement backend services and APIs for Oracle Health product teams.
Deliver features end-to-end from requirements clarification and technical design to deployment and operational support.
Perform deep debugging across distributed services to resolve production issues and protect downstream consumers.
Analyze usage, performance, and error budgets to implement targeted resilience and capacity optimizations.
Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response actions.
Use AI-assisted tools to improve developer productivity, test coverage, and code refactoring.
Author and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational playbooks.

What we're looking for

BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in one or more languages including Java, C#, Go, or Python.
Experience building REST and/or gRPC services.
Working knowledge of data stores (RDBMS and/or NoSQL) and distributed systems fundamentals.
Experience with source control, code review, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Practical experience using AI-assisted techniques and tools to improve developer productivity and quality.
Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, cloud experience, and SSO patterns (preferred).
