What you'll do

Build and enhance high-scale, cloud-based data processing pipelines and ETL workflows.
Develop LLM and agent-based features to automate healthcare workflows and clinical decision support.
Transform and analyze large volumes of EHR and RCM datasets to power business insights.
Design and implement software components from initial design through production deployment.
Create dashboards and analytics tools to track key performance indicators for healthcare systems.
Utilize AI-assisted development tools and prompt engineering to accelerate code delivery.
Provide technical leadership and mentor other developers on system architecture and design.

What we're looking for

BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
5+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
Strong software engineering skills in Python and Java.
Strong knowledge of SQL and expertise in data engineering including ETL, transformation, and modeling using Spark.
Experience building high-scale distributed data systems and working with cloud platforms like OCI, AWS, or Azure.
Experience developing full-lifecycle features from design through production deployment and collaborating across functional areas.
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, and utilizing AI tools to improve productivity.
Background in healthcare systems, EHR/RCM workflows, or coding standards (ICD/CPT) (preferred); experience with agentic architectures (preferred).
